Wuuuuuuuuuuuuuhh?? Wow... I heard that ppl didn't like Morita because of his big ego after getting the BLEACH role. I don't know~ I've never personally seen him flaunt himself big but that's what I've heard. So I still like him as a seiyuu and his personality~ not going to join the bandwagon just cause someone claims that he has a big ego~ =^W^=

awwwwwww how could anyone hate Midorin~ =TTOTT= and well... I guess ppl have their own taste, especially with BL and such, but I don't understand why ppl would waste their time hating someone =______________=;;;; They should just leave them alone and go find someone else to praise and love, bastards... I have some seiyuus that I'm not particularly fond of but I don't hate them by no means~ and some I even think do an awesome job in their roles~ I'm just not too fond of their personality.

Who do you NOT like Gaara? I like Morita on his radio but I don't understand his bad points. I can't get myself to hate any seiyuu, even if we don't know about their entire personalities.

Maybe I'll get a little irritated for some prejudice reason, like with Kamiya Hiroshi before cause of all those main roles he was getting and I didn't think he was much I slightly felt the same for Jun at one point. But i'm slowly warming up to Hiroshi. Same thing with Orikasa Fumiko.

Sometimes I "dislike" a seiyuu for playing particular character that are not fond.

Yea like I said, I don't hate anyone but for example, I'm not too fond of Koyasu or Miki Shin cuz of their attitude a bit? with oddly and strangely enough not Ishida-san's as much even though he's like the worst anti-social I know in the seiyuu business =>>=;;;; I'm still stuck till this day on why I don't find that less appealing... I think I like how Ishida-san takes his job seriously but there have been times when his attitude too didn't really sit well with me. but yea they somehow come off as just not caring especially Miki. Like if you watch interviews with him, he kind of blows through the interviews and doesn't seem like he appreciates much of anything, at least to me. But I'm starting to have second thoughts on him because I heard, he actually stood up to the plate and sang for this one Harukanaru toki no naka de event, called Haruka Matsuri (which he never has sang live before btw) and was really moved by the fans who had supported him. He's very insecure about himself, especially when it comes to singing, and has even mentioned about how he listens to himself sing just so he gets used to it cuz he hates it so much. =TTWTT=

All mixed feelings. Like Namikawa Daisuke acts all nice and stuff but then I saw this one back stage thing and he was just down right rude (again, not sure if he was just joking around or not but it didn't come off as that to me *shrugs*) I've even heard of Anego too where Ogata was explaining how she'd joke with her during the Sailor moon interview and she'd simply give her the cold shoulder but then when I listened to the Oh Naruto Nippon with Anego she explained that sometimes she doesn't even notice she comes off that way =TTWTT= sooo yeaaa...

Some seiyuus just rub off on me weird I guess~ I mean everyone has their bad day but meh~ who knows. I just feel like some of them are faking their personality, I guess. That's why if Heika ever goes against the way he portrays himself to be... I don't know what I'd do.. =TTxTT= I really look up to him and respect him. I'd surely lose all sorts of trust in humanity at that point.. I think... I know I make it sound all dramatic and yea I don't know Heika on a personal level but I've already lost someone who I respected a lot and know how much it hurts to be somewhat betrayed in that sense I guess...

I could understand where you're coming from too. I think some roles just aren't fit for that seiyuu even though they were chosen by 'professionals.' and it just isn't as enjoyable. I started liking Kamiya Hiroshi more from his role in Princess Princess actually~ =>W<=;;;; He was hilarious and brilliant! If you've never seen it, give it a try~ although it's considered yaoi soo unless you don't like that then =owo=;;;; yea...

Yes, Ishida does seems serious, sensetive. I think I've heard about Koyasu somewhere (on WIKI, had a slight badness streak? Or maybe that was Toriumi. But since it was only a translation, I can't fully confirm...); Miki seems "eccentric", like gackt? (laugh) He does seem a bit withdrawn?

Aww @ you and Inoue. I'd so understand. Like, I'd so hate to see someone like George Clooney or Will Smith get stuck with marujiana in his car.

I, myself, tend to be hotheaded and negative.

There's a lot of honest celebrities and I think it's good that they shouldn't fake their feelings for the sake of others (there is a similar lesson about this on the Maria-sama OVA with Yumi). But it's also good that they develop an authentic positive/nice nature because of the people who likes them or who they trust, even if they had/have a bad side or not, it's probably something they've never experienced before. But with large influence comes the obvious results -- they love you, they hate you, stalk you, cause you to fear for yourself, etc.

Hmm, I don't know if this is the *same thing* but I read on yuricon website I think about Ogata and Anego (from someome who met Ogata). Someone asked the latter about Neptune's first death and she said something about "having a few days off" (jokingly? *lol*). Ogata whines at her (lol), and Katsuki ignores her. I thought it was cute cause I think Neptune is charmingly cold so Anego was acting that way? Same with Ogata/Uranus, who is a bit bashful. Oh, doesn't notice? Sheesh, that and the death stare? Sounds familiar.... I can't seem to find anyone who is "anti-Anego" but I wonder about the lack of appearences. Is it cause she's a vet? Or popularity? Some fans do say that they don't like her singing or..ahem, she's.."chubby" to put it lightly, or "not pretty", but nothing intense I don't think. Seems to be honest opinions. and sometimes I do find her voice annoying. There I said it ^^;;.

Hmm what kind of badness streak? Like doing illegal things badness or just like his attitude towards people? I know Koyasu is also very serious when it comes to his work and is somewhat shy too. Tori *sighs* he's all right. But there's something about him too that rubs off wrong on me~ I know this is kind of wrong of me to feel this way but one thing I don't like is just how much he smokes~ =TT_____TT= I was devastated when I heard Ishida-san smokes too but that's really the norm in Japan... guess it's really stressful and OMG~! The celeb world is hard. You're right, it's hard not to put up a good front. It's like having a double edged sword. Cuz on one hand, people would be like "I like so and so because he/she lives the way he/she wants to live and I respect that" and then on the other hand it's like "omg... I can't believe he/she is doing that, etc" when we really don't have the right to judge. We're all humans after all. I think it's the atitude, like kiddy deliquent like. Ishida smokes?? Doh, didn't know...or do I? I always talk about Kappei smoking and that I didn't like it, but the same time, I find it humorous that he takes pride in it and show pictures of his packs *lol*

It's mostly the appearence, especially with the sunglasses and how he appears in pictures. *lol* Like, "he's such a freak" (laugh).

And I hate this "common" idea that seiyuu aren't supposed to be cute cause they're voice performers. I mean they are people and they chose to be voice overs cause of the acting advantages (like Morikawa said, "can play a lot of people. and Morikawa is handsome!).

It's not that they aren't supposed to be cute, it's more so that they aren't 'required' to look uber attractive like actors are. =^^=;;; It's not to say that "oh they could only be voice actors because they aren't attractive enough to be on TV" I just think that people judge them extra harshly when really they should be looking at their talent more so than how they look. It's a sad thing really but you know it's true that actors and actresses are looked upon for both qualities, talent and looks so that whatever movie/project they are working on is more appealing to their audience.
