30 days of Seiyuu Meme (Day 22)

Day 22: The seiyuu with the least acting range
Haaa, I don't like this. I like voice acting, so this is a bit insulting.
This is difficult to answer because you don't become a voice actor when you don't have range. Least what I learn for America, there's an emphasis on theater background (and radio?). I am putting aside announcers.
In Japanese programs, I always hear this woman. I am uncertain who is it, but my primary guess is Sakakibara Yoshiko (榊原 良子). I'm only going to put her here because of her popularity in narration. Aside from Narration, she has a reputation for playing the cool ladies/dark baddies. There were girls on the side.
