Writer's Block: And The Winner Is…

Don't watch MTV music awards. My prediction is Gaga, Eminem or Bieber.
When damned Souja Boy got an award and his whats-it-called song got to number one, I started to lose a little faith. Bieber won like two or three awards the last tine? Probably Bieber again...I don't think he's particularly special but I guess the song "Baby" WAS CATCHY. I was in Canada when I think I heard one of his songs (remixed?).
Kids love that candy stuff, and anything that pounds in your ears (looking at you Gaga). Anyone see a cute kid that dances on TV, wears a jacket, and apparently has some melodious voice, they're usually the winners. Through the 90s, there was many catchy songs.
Gaga fits the same category. Everyone thinks she's "unique" because of what she wears, how she portrays herself and what her resonating voice sounds like. She also has catchy songs with funny lyrics, like "Poker Face" and "Bad Romance". But she's super publicity material.
Eminem had a concert last week here in Michigan (Detroit) with Jay-Z. According to a peer, Dr. Dre and others appeared as well. Heard it was a big deal over there. Over 40,000 people?
Beyonce has really been disappointing to me lately...and she has a nice singing voice. It's probably the direction.
