"Compel suicide/criminal behavior" never crossed my mind.
I should be finishing pancakes but got curious about this radical bill. Instead of having a knee-jerk reaction from a few sentences and getting angry as to how restricted this is, I wanted to read into it more.
Because to be really honest, I am guilty for NOT liking hentai.

Or so I say.
It's funny, cause once in a while, I check out "BL" and think erotica is favorable. BL, I tend to regret sometimes. If I hated all of this, I probably shouldn't be a human being. However, youth pornography in art gave me trauma, and reading badly written fanfic with hentai in it got me to dislike it. I simply stay clear from it.
Virtually all things will be effected by this bill. The Internet is included and games too? Possibly games?
Artistic freedom, along with media production, will be cut.
Sexuality, not necessarily intercourse, encompasses a lot of Japanese cartoons. What also does is young characters; many of them don't necessarily look their age (Ash/Satoshi sure as hell doesn't, and he was like ten years old). Kasumi/Misty is the same age and had endowed (?) breasts in the comic.
I watched Zero no Tsukaima (Familiar of Zero) too. Main (girl) heroine Louise is sixteen; her little "bitch boy" Saito is seventeen. They don't look it either. I enjoyed their relationship though (when Louise isn't being an idiot). Oh, one elf girl in it has the biggest jiggling breasts.

Also, the Tokyo Governor said something along the lines of us "having bad DNA" if we like stuff like this. Guy must be a real holy man.
Anyways, I'll analyze this more later.

Oh, speaking of "rheotic":
